Amit Raizada, CEO of Spectrum Business Ventures Inc., has once again demonstrated his strategic acumen in the luxury real estate market with the sale of a waterfront spec home on Miami Beach’s prestigious Venetian Islands for $19.2 million.
The property at 240 West Rivo Alto Drive was sold to Christopher and Tannaz Fiore, with Douglas Elliman’s top national agent, Dina Goldentayer, representing both sides of the transaction. Christopher Fiore serves as president of Maxim Group, a New York-based investment bank and wealth management firm.
This remarkable deal showcases Raizada’s ability to identify and capitalize on high-value opportunities. Having acquired the quarter-acre Rivo Alto property for $6 million in 2021, Raizada transformed it into a stunning 5,600-square-foot luxury residence. The newly completed home features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a half-bathroom, a swimming pool, and a private dock.
The fully furnished property, which was initially listed at $21 million, represents another successful investment in Raizada’s diverse portfolio of ventures. This sale joins a series of recent high-profile transactions in the Venetian Islands, which has become a hub for luxury real estate deals in Miami Beach.
Beyond this transaction, Raizada maintains a significant presence in Miami’s luxury market, including ownership of a $6.4 million condo at the prestigious One Thousand Museum, further cementing his position as a key player in South Florida’s elite real estate landscape.
This sale reflects Spectrum Business Ventures’ continued commitment to identifying and developing premium assets across multiple sectors, creating exceptional value through strategic vision and market expertise.
